Mark Rencher is a 20 year business and marketing veteran for the semiconductor and software industries. He is currently President of Pivotal Enterprises a marketing and business development consulting company and Chairman of the board for Four Point Enterprises. Prior to Pivotal, Mark has held executive and management positions at Philips Semiconductors, Motorola (Freescale) and Cadence where the primary contribution and emphasis was in the RF, Analog, Mixed Signal product markets. Mark holds a BS in Computer Engineering from BYU and a MS in Computer Engineering from ASU and a MBA







Ben Franklin has over 20 years experience in European software sales and business development. He was formerly the CEO of EDAconnect.com. Ben was VP and General Manager of Cooper & Chyan Technology's European operations.
Ben was President of CAD Connections International, a Munich-based distribution company. Ben held the position of European Strategic Marketing Manager at Intel Corporation, located in their Brussels, Belgium facility and prior to that was the original Product Marketing Manager for the 8051 at Intel’s Santa Clara facility. Ben holds 12 patents in the computer design area from his design engineering work at Honeywell Information Systems. Ben earned a BSEE and MSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Harvard Business School
